There are lots of problems in the cities because of the rise of megalopolisation and with the rise of the population (makes the change of the human nature). This change is not only about health problems but also it affects the physocological and social problems. In 21’st Century, with the rise of population, open spaces get more importance in Ankara’s built environment. In this case Ankara’s one the first open agricultural production space is more important than ever. In this case Atatürk Forest Farm has a great spatial potential. This study argues AOÇ in cultural, historical and ideological way to give a vision of spatial potantials for future of the city. This study argues that AOÇ is not only an agricultural production farm for Ankara but also has a strong meaning and spatial relationship for the city of Ankara. The administrative structure of AOÇ, which was transformed by the influence of political authority, changed the production policies within the effects of global and local influences, its meaning for Ankara and its spatial relationship with the city. In the first quarter of the 21st century, the potentials, boundaries and constraints of AOÇ for Ankara were discussed within the framework of urban and spatial relations.
