The purpose of this research is to analyse in terms of school administrators of effective school-family relations. In this purpose, effectiveschool-family relationsare discussed according to the variables school administrators; professional seniority, education and marital status.The universe of study consisted of school administrators who work in the academic year 2013-2014 in the province of Nevsehir. Total 220 managers who work in the 140 randomly selected schools in the province of Nevsehir were taken as sample. In this research, descriptive model was used. Datas were collected by questionnaire technique. In this study, according to the views of school administrators that one of the elements makes a school effective, the level of contribution was researched in the process of formation of an effective school and based on there search results, some recommendations were given to administrator-teacher-student andparents who wants to make their school effective.
