Tourism resources in rural areas are an opportunity for the economic and socio-cultural development of the regions. Ball?ca Cave in Tokat is also a source of tourism supply that should be dwelled on, as it is a candidate for the UNESCO World Heritage Temporary List. In this direction, the study has been shaped around the Ball?ca Cave. In the study, "Should we go to Ball?ca Cave?" The answer to the question has been sought. Based on the electronic comments of those who visited the Ball?ca Cave before, a mind map was drawn for potential visitors. On the map, from the eyes of the visitors, the Ball?ca Cave has identified the difficulties, comfort, touristic attractions and health aspects of the cave and the park it is in. As a result of the findings, a mind map was drawn which is intended to serve as a guide for those planning to travel to the region. In addition, it was aimed to contribute to local administrators who are trying to develop regional tourism by evaluating the elements on the map. Within the scope of the study, 195 electronic comments made on the travel website TripAdvisor about the Ball?ca Cave between 2014-2020 were coded with the MAXQDA word analysis program, and then the common mind map of the visitors was drawn with the AYOA mind mapping program using the codes. Through the map drawn, the elements that can help visitors in their travel planning were tried to be shown. In addition, suggestions were made to the relevant managers for the development of the park in which the cave is located. It is hoped that the study will be a guide for future researchers.
