Where is the philosophy begins, when, with whom? When did the first ideas, which could be described as philosophy and supported by historical sources, emerged? These questions, which are easier to answer for the History of Philosophy, cannot be answered with the same clarity for the beginning of the d?? philosophy, outside the historical period. There are, of course, many reasons. However, when we come to the historical periods, we will have the opportunity to answer the questions mentioned above both in terms of philosophy and history of philosophy in a clearer way. Philosophy is the common heritage of mankind, the history of philosophy; linguistic, religious, periodic, ethnic and historical can be separated and written. From this point of view, it is necessary to acknowledge that nations that have lived in different geographies have developed different systems of thought. Each nation has its own characteristics, mythological (cosmological, cosmogonic and theological), cultural (based on knowledge types) and philosophical suggestions. The sum of these suggestions and features create that nation. The traditions of nations, their view of life; understanding of life; The ideas also reflect the characteristics of survival and life-meaning with nature. The whole roof is the philosophy of that nation. Many of the world's states have established their national philosophies today and teaches them as a discipline in official educational institutions. When studying the philosophy of a nation, it is based on the culture of that nation. Because a nation in culture, culture also becomes a nation. In this sense, Turkish cultural history is one of the most deeply rooted cultural histories. So, it should be examined. In different regions of the world geography, by making various interactions throughout history, it is necessary to filter and determine the Turkish nation, which consists of the idea world and life view, from the cultural history of philosophy. In this article, not only t he philosophy of Greek philosophy but the history of Greek philosophy is more accurate, but the foundations of Turkish Philosophy History, which have started now, are presented.
