Turkey is located in the middle of the land territory of the ancient world, today as in the past, has become one of the world's most haraeketl area in terms of human and economic geography. These lands, which have been the battleground of many large and small power groups throughout the history of settlement, preserve this feature today. It said the main reason for the fight of Turkey takes place in the territory of each country on earth is destined favorable geopolitical position. Turkey, natural beauty and historical presence, favorable climate, earth a rare flora and fauna, rich underground and aboveground resources, the surrounding seas and strategic straits, has attracted always attention to water resources. In addition, the fact that he is the leader of the countries that share the belief that they belong to and the states that make up the Turkic World, which has a lineage, adds to its political power. It is not possible for a country that has the chance to fulfill almost all the conditions of an ideal geopolitical position to be afflicted by the powers that seek sovereignty. Due to its geopolitical position, it has been closely monitored by active powers that want to pass through the straits and reach warm seas.Although this situation causes great difficulties to the country from time to time, it has increased its importance even more due to the conflict of interests of the great powers. East of sovereignty struggle in the Mediterranean, where the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict in the Caucasus amid continuing turmoil in the Middle East continues today increased the importance of Turkey's jeopolilitik. In this study, it can not be denied in every era in Turkey and increasingly drawn attention once again to an increasing geopolitical position.
