It was begining of the interaction to be continued for centuries between the Bosnia and Herzgovina and Ottoman that Bosnia and Herzgovina joined the Ottoman lands and it is a flag associated with Rumelia State in 1463. This interaction proceeded and came until today notably in the political, religious, cultural and literature spaces. It is possible to see this interaction in the press world. With the beginning of the first Turkish newspaper named Takvim-i Vakayi (Calendar of Facts) in 1 November 1831, the press world activated and other newspapers followed this newspaper. Pressing newspapers are not only in Istanbul but also in Balkans affected political and cultural life of the area which they published. Tarik journal which began its broadcasting life in 1908 in Bosnia and Herzegovina had an important part and reflected political and cultural domain both Bosnia and Herzegovina and Muslims in its writings. Tarik journal does not only include Bosnian texts but also Turkish texts and it is a symptom that Turkish still protects its efficiency in that period.
