The aim of this research is to examine the validity and reliability of the Turkish version of the Expression of Gratitude in Relationships Measure (EGRM; Lambert, Clark, Durtschi, Fincham & Graham, 2010). Participants were 304 undergreduate students (165 were female and 139 were male) from Sakarya University. Results of confirmatory factor analysis demonstrated that this scale yielded one factor, as original form and that the model was well fit (x²= 0.00, df= 0, RMSEA= 0.000, NFI= 1.00, CFI= 1.00, IFI= 1.00, RFI= 1.00, GFI= 1.00). Corrected item-total correlations ranged .51to .70. The internal consistency coefficient of the scale was .78. Thus Expression of Gratitude in Relationships Measure can be used as a valid and reliable instrument in education.
