TWO LIBERAL FACES OF SOCIAL JUSTICE: JOHN RAWLS &FRIEDRICH HAYEK

In this paper, It will be examined different approches about social justice of two liberalist ideologist , Hayek and Rawls in international and disiplinary perspectives. It will be scrutinized their ideas about social justice in terms of similarities and dissimilarities. While emphasising the significance of an equalitarian perception in social structure, John Rawls, who is a leading political philosopher, developed a positive perspective in social justice by suggesting that a regulation which is on behalf of disadvantaged groups and aims to enable the social balance in this equal structure wouldn't cause any problems regarding the perception of equality. In opposite Hayek, suggest that social justice is impossible with strict liberal perspectives. It can be said that both of two liberalist thinkers have some simililarities and differences about social justice.
