When considered together with the pre and post-period, the military coup of September 12, 1980 has caused prolonged tutelage in the recent Turkish political life, state, and administrative system. The tutelage structures such as the 1982 Constitution, election and political parties’ laws, political bans, and Constitutional institutions are handcuffs to Turkish politics, aimed at building a long-lasting dictatorial system and strengthening tutelage with a secure approach by the junta. The 1983 Parliamentary General Elections, which were carried out with the efforts to shape politics as right and left through people and structures allowed to do politics, to direct and rule the policy of the coup plotters, has had an unprecedented result. The basic principle of The Motherland Party is "The state exists for the nation. It is essential to integrate the state with the nation." The emphasis on freedom of speech, thought, opinion, religion and conscience, and liberal economic, political and social order, especially entrepreneurship and an unprecedented result of Leader Turgut Özal's outstanding performance in election speeches resulted in the victory of ANAP, which was seen as "a half party". In this article, a book and digital archive of Vehbi Dinçerler, one of the founders of ANAP, was evaluated in the context of ANAP. He was elected as a member of parliament for three terms and served as a minister four times and had an influence on the founding philosophy of this period.
