Science and value relation is one of the primary topics in philosophy of science and strongly discussed even today. There are many approaches about how this relation is and/ or has to be be. Some of these approaches are fundamental part of scientific thought. Especially there are totally oppsosite apparoaches and variety of opinions about the value-neutral of science. The differences mainly arise between natural and social science as well as different stages of scientific research. The purpose of this study is to evaluate wheter a value-neutral science is possible by investigating the related apparoches
