Kemal Tahir’s Trilogy about the rural life of Anatolian villages; Yediç?nar Yaylas?, Köyün Kamburu and Büyük Mal novels, consist of implicitly sexual themes. Characters in the novels are portrayed as morally disrupted .This is related the meaning of the Kemal Tahir’s realism. In Tahir’s view the artist can not be blamed for immorality. According to Kemal Tahir the reality has been shown to reader with its fully naked. In fact, it seems to us the Tahir’s realism is resemble to naturalism rather than the realism. He confused those concepts because he had chance to know the Anatolian people especially when he was in prison. Thus the events are described in Notlar (the Notes) he took in his prison days prove our judgment.
