Businesses have to consider the concept of value chain when conducting strategic analysis. According to this
value chain, various strategies follow strategies such as differentiation, cost leadership, and focus. Value chain analysis
can be evaluated in two ways: the business value chain and the industry value chain. After mentioning the business
value chain in this study, its application in terms of various sectors (tourism, food, industrial production, agriculture,
animal husbandry, local products) was shown. Innovation through this? will we have to concentrate more or on costs? it
is being tried to be determined. Price policies are also formed in each sector under competitive conditions.
