In business life, women should be more involved in the management levels. Today, the number of female employees in these levels has started to increase as power goes on. Sports management area is one of them. Women also started to have a say in sports management, and their employment continues to increase day by day. In this context, the purpose of our study is to mention the importance of women's employment in sports management. Our study was made by using narrative pattern, one of the qualitative research methods, and semi-structured interview technique was used. The sample group is composed of Berna Gozbas?, Kayserispor President. Nine open-ended questions prepared in the research form were asked.
