In this study, the Republic of Reforms in the Ottoman geography of the Ottoman Te'lîf catechism books, manuscripts and printed copies are discussed in the light of the Catechism of the Ottoman literature and are disclosed. On the other hand the period is written in the issues covered by the needs and expectations in many places ilmihals shed light on the fact that in mind, what kind of issues that has been pointed out ilmihals in the Ottoman society forward.
