Felt art is one of our cultural values and traditional arts having an important and rooted history among handicrafts. Due to its broad usage area, felt continues its existence today as a part of daily life. However, Felt Production continues with products produced by felt handicraftsmen and designers engaging in felt art whose number are decreasing today. In addition to this, it is seen that felt is used in works of many artists in recent periods as is seen in production of souvenir. In this study, it is aimed to examine and document felt production which is maintained even in limited way in Tire District. Tools used in felt production, production phase of felt were complied by supporting with information obtained from producers and resources accessed, with observation and examinations made.
